This piece is stainless steel and holds the magic of a very powerful time-traveling Warlock.  His name is Caspin. He learned his magic when he traveled to Tibet to learn from a bunch of monks in a secluded Monastery in the Himalayan mountains.  The powers that Burton surpass even his own age.  They have been around since the inception of Earth, store in holy places until the monks put it all together and were able to embrace the powers that be, realizing that they could provide astral time travel.  When you wear this piece you will feel the full effect of his time traveling magic.  There isn't much else that you gain when you wear this piece, except for the white light protection spell that Caspin put into this piece that will allow you to be safe wherever you travel.  This piece has absorption powers, so that way when you use the time-traveling powers that have already been put into it, you can collect the powers that you encounter during travels by allowing them to enter the piece.  This way, when you bring your piece back, you will be able to also use those power in the mortal realms.
